Hello to whoever reads this (which will be probably 2 people, tom and me, but if there's more HELLO!).

I got that essay in, after all the complaining and procrastinating, I felt it went quite well, i should get the results of that in a couple of weeks. I also got my results for my art module for this semester, which i was quite pleased with, just have to see what the board of moderators or whoever else looks at the grades and sees if i did ok, despite being ill (glandular fever).

So in september i'll be in my final year of uni, i thought that this summer i'll get a headstart on my 3rd year work, i don't want to suddenly come down with an illness like this year and get behind on my work.

So I'm going to carry on with the work that i have started this semester. I have been taking photos and creating drawings of people in a specific place, e.g, St Ann's Square, Manchester (which my last drawings were from) I took the people out of their surroundings and drawing them, whilst photographing the buildings without (as much as possible) the people. I wanted to develop this idea, finding different locations, where different activities take place.

I have had a thought on a possible location, art galleries. Drawing people viewing art, but taking away their surroundings, making them the subject and focus of my own art.

I think i will develop this idea more over the summer, but for now i must keep drawing, i've had a week break now, but i've got to keep going!!

I HATE ESSAYS!!!

I can't be bothered doing this essay, the last thing I have to do before I am free for the summer. I have no attention span to concentrate on it for longer than 30 seconds at a time. I know if I could only focus, it could be done in a couple of hours. I have all the research, I even have notes about what i'm going to write in it, I just can't settle and write it. Its not as if I am trying to avoid it, I just keep thinking of something else and I get distracted for a minute, then the circle goes round as I try and set off working again.

And it doesn't help that I have the most painful backache ever. I can hardly move and breathe


oh well, back to work

I can't wait to finish uni. I can't wait to try something new in my art work, I like the work that I have done for uni, but I need to do something new. It feels so old and stale, i've been working on it for nearly 4 months and I want to do something different.
I can't wait for the summer and the end of uni. I'll feel better after that. I just need to set myself mini goals till then to keep myself sane

I thought that I would say thank you to all the people that clicked on my add over the past couple of weeks, to those who decided to comment, favourite and watch me, THANK YOU!! And to the people who didn't click on my add but still managed to find me THANK YOU to you too!! The comments that were left were great, really supportive and encouraging, I was slightly worried at the beginning of the adcast that my work wouldn't appear good enough and that there may have been some harsh criticism, but that wasn't the case.

Hehe ok what can I ramble on about now?????

ermmmm..... well at the minute I am a second year student at UCLAN studying for a degree in Drawing and Image Making. Its hard work, but I think I'm enjoying it, I think my art is starting to develop alot more, so I'm pleased with that. I keep changing my mind as to what career I might go into and enjoy, I keep changing my mind, at the minute I'm thinking about illustration. I think the problem with me is that I lose confidence in my work and ability and so I think that no-one will want to hire me when there are so many more talented people out there. Hopefully I'll figure it out by the end of my third year

Anyway I've rambled on for far too long so,
